Aging in Place Toolkits

Most of us want to continue living in the homes and communities we know and love for as long as possible. With the right information and support, older adults can continue to enjoy their communities, stay active, make their own choices, and maintain their independence.

These toolkits bring together helpful information about local programs, services, and community resources that can make it easier to find the support you need to live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.

Creating these toolkits was a team effort made possible by many caring and dedicated individuals and organizations. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the members of each Regional Aging in Place Committee for sharing their knowledge of local programs, services, and community needs.

Every community is different, and the support available may vary from one area to another. While toolkits are not yet available for every community in New Brunswick, we hope to expand this resource over time to include every county as local partnerships and resources allow.
